Warranty & Returns

Returns & Warranty Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you decide the product is not right for you, please review the terms below carefully before initiating a return.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Definition of “Unused”

To qualify for a return, items must be completely unused:

  • The product has not been powered on, charged, filled, inhaled from, or activated

  • There are no signs of use, including residue, odour, liquid traces, scratches, wear, or damage

  • The item remains in full resalable condition

Any item showing signs of use will be rejected and returned to the customer.


Original Packaging Requirement

All returns must include complete original packaging, including:

  • Product box

  • Outer sleeves

  • Inserts and accessories

  • Any packaging containing serial or batch numbers

Returns missing any original packaging components will be automatically rejected.

Free gifts or promotional samples do not need to be returned.


2. How to Return an Item

Required Information

Please include a completed return form with your package.

If you cannot print the form, include a handwritten note containing:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Order number

Returns received without sufficient identifying information may be refused or significantly delayed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide Freepost or prepaid return labels

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked postal service (Royal Mail Signed For® or equivalent recommended)

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Items must be securely packaged. Returns damaged due to poor packaging may be refused.


4. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled, used, or removed from sealed packaging

  • Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used

  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)

  • Opened coils or pods

  • Disposable devices

  • Prefilled kits

  • Prefilled pods

These products are consumable items and cannot be resold once opened.


5. Warranty Coverage

30-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Applies only to:

  • Rechargeable vape kits (excluding prefilled kits)

  • Mods

  • Batteries

  • Tanks

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

The following are not covered:

  • Liquid ingress or leakage caused by use

  • Incorrect coil installation

  • Incorrect filling method

  • Storage issues

  • Wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or modification

Products must be returned for inspection before any warranty claim is approved.

If no manufacturing fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer.


6. No Warranty Provided

No warranty is provided for:

  • Prefilled kits

  • Prefilled pods

  • Disposable devices

  • E-liquids

  • Drip tips

  • Coils (unless Dead on Arrival and reported within 48 hours)

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items

Discounted and sale items are final sale unless found faulty on delivery.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

Any item believed to be faulty or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and/or video evidence.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Faults developing after use

  • Leakage caused by user handling

  • Damage caused by misuse or general wear

Leakage is not considered a manufacturing defect unless clearly proven to be caused by production failure.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:

  • Refunds apply to the item value only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection approval

Bank processing times are outside our control.


Postage Reimbursement

Return postage costs are not refunded in cash.

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, return postage may be reimbursed in the form of product credit equal to the verified Royal Mail Signed For® (or equivalent standard tracked) cost.

Premium or courier services will not be reimbursed.

Proof of postage is required.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item:

  • Place a new order

  • Return the unused item according to this policy


10. Abuse & Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any return that does not strictly comply with this policy

  • Reject items showing signs of use

  • Refuse claims where insufficient evidence is provided

  • Restrict or refuse returns from customers with excessive or repeated claims

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
