I had a problem with one of the refills so emailed them. They sent reply telling me to return it. I asked for label to be POSTED to me as I don't have a printer. I have got their reply which is worded as follows "NO ISSUE I WILL SEND ON EMAIL BUT ONE ALSO YOU WILL PRINT". Does anyone understand what that means cos I have no idea.
They have sent advised that they are authorising a partial refund and emailing me a code so I can take this to Post Office to get them to print a label for me. It is not easy for me to get to post office (I am old) and I would have to take my computer with me so that would be difficult for me so I have advised them I will not be doing this. SO, ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE A PROBLEM I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY HAVE DEALT WITH THE ISSUE and they asked me to update my review so this is what I have done. I will probably use them again because of the product and I just hope that this time I was just unlucky with one of the refills.
