Please note that orders made on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Not available for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or islands.

Remote Areas & Battery Shipping

Deliveries to remote and non-mainland UK areas, including parts of Scotland such as Inverness and postcodes AB, BT, JE, IM, IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, ZE, PO30–PO41 and TR21–TR25, may take longer and may incur higher postage charges. Due to Royal Mail battery restrictions, no more than 2 batteries or battery-powered vape devices should be sent in a single parcel. If ordering more than 2, please contact our customer support team, as separate parcels may be required to prevent delays, parcels being held, returned or destroyed by the courier.

Note: If a parcel is delayed, held, returned to sender or destroyed by Royal Mail, DPD or another local delivery service due to their restrictions or regulations, the sender will not be responsible. Please check with your local delivery service before ordering battery-powered products.
